We know that a lot can happen in 90 days! You will have homework and I will be keeping an eye on your nutrition. Though I will tell you up front that I am NOT a nutritionist, I’ve been doing this work since 2005 and am confident that I can guide your general nutrition through 90 days of getting on track with new habits. Nutrition is 85-90% of the battle, we can workout two or three hours a week, but think about how much we are eating in the week.
90 Day Challenges are guidelines for the rest of your life. What a gift, you taking the best care of yourself to live a longer and healthier life! This does not happen overnight—we’re undoing 10-50 years of habits. Clients want to move and feel better as either new parents, or at age 40 or 50 or 60 and looking to undo the effects of lack of healthy nutrition or not working out, or as people in ok shape who want to reach for more. No matter what your goals are, 90 Day Challenges are a bold step towards meeting them.
